Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity
CenterWell Home Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will assess and treat patients with speech and language disorders in their homes. Your expertise will be essential in developing individualized treatment plans, administering diagnostic tests, and providing counseling to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify communication needs and develop targeted treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate speech-language pathology services into overall patient care.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to address a range of communication disorders, including speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.
- Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in your state of practice.
- ASHA certification or eligibility preferred.
- Minimum 6 months' experience as an SLP in home health settings or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
