• Assess and screen patients' daily living and work-related skills to develop therapeutic retraining programs tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and revise treatment plans while providing direct therapeutic treatment to enhance patients' strength and functionality.
• Document patient progress, consult with physicians, and train staff and families in implementing therapy strategies.
