Job Summary:
The Patient Services Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support through scheduling coordination, communication, and care coordination. This role requires a strong focus on detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Management: Manages patient schedules, including editing and updating schedules as needed, to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
- Care Coordination: Collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure effective care coordination and continuity of care for patients.
- Reporting: Generates and reviews scheduling reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Patient Communication: Communicates effectively with patients, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and completing tasks as assigned.
- Staff Support: Provides administrative support to staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and completing tasks as assigned.
