Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Coordination: Coordinates patient schedules, ensures accurate and timely data entry, and updates agent availability in the worker console.
- Communication: Communicates effectively with patients, field staff, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of care plans, schedules, and other important information.
- Care Coordination: Collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure effective care coordination and continuity of care for patients.
- Reporting: Generates and reviews scheduling reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Schedule Optimization: Analyzes and optimizes patient schedules to ensure efficient use of resources, minimize wait times, and enhance overall patient experience.
- Staff Support: Provides administrative support to staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and completing tasks as assigned.
- Patient Feedback: Collects and responds to patient feedback to ensure high-quality care and service delivery.
