Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced family medicine physician to join our team at CenterWell Senior Primary Care. As a primary care physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to our patients, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and disease management.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing routine check-ups and vaccinations to patients
- Developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Prescribing medications and treatments as needed
- Documenting patient information and maintaining accurate records
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in family medicine, including knowledge of adult and pediatric care. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A medical degree and board certification in family medicine are required.
