About the Role
The Nurse Practitioner applies advanced education and clinical competencies to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This role involves providing health promotion and maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advises executives on matters of significance and develops functional strategies for effective patient care.
- Exercises independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks.
- Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determines the best course of action.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- At least 2 years of project leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Masters in Science of Nursing/PA is preferred.
