CenterWell Senior Primary Care offers a unique opportunity for a Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine Physician to take a hands-on approach in delivering patient-centered care to seniors in the San Antonio, Texas area.
Our care model prioritizes addressing the complex needs of seniors, taking into account their social determinants of health and providing comprehensive care through a multidisciplinary approach.

Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
- Board certified or Board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willing to obtain)
- Current, unrestricted DEA license
