Physician - Primary Care Role
CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a dedicated Physician to join our team.
About the Role
The Physician will serve as a healthcare professional, handling a variety of health-related problems and working with patients to maintain their health and prevent disease.
Responsibilities
- Focused on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
- Keeps accurate medical histories and records.
- Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of Value-Based Care experience.
- Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program from an accredited university.
- Preferred Internal Medicine specialty.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer Bilingual (Spanish/English).
