Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Physician role located in Sun City, AZ at CenterWell Senior Primary Care. The Physician will be responsible for providing primary care services to Medicare and Medicare Advantage patients, collaborating with the Care Team, conducting thorough patient assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and promoting preventive care measures.
Qualifications
- Medical Degree and Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
- Experience in providing primary care services to senior patients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Active and unrestricted medical license in Arizona
