By joining our team, you will help provide data analytics and reporting to support the team developing go-to market strategies and identifying new business opportunities to improve member experience and grow CenterWell Pharmacy membership.As part of the Pharmacy Analytics and Consulting team, you will leverage complex data to support modeling and process improvements by using business expertise and analytics. These actionable insights will support our internal partners to drive business strategy and decisions.Additional responsibilities will include leveraging knowledge of data, applying analytical methodologies, and collaborating and communicating complex results with clinical partners while following established guidelines / procedures. You will be expected to exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to solving challenges within both new and evolving assignments, making decisions on moderately complex to complex issues and regularly working without direct guidance.Use your skills to make an impactRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree or 1 or more years of experience in SQL, SAS or other data systemsLess than 5 years of technical experience in data analysisComprehensive knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization systemsExpertise in assessing complex data sets and performing root cause analysisMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesPreferred QualificationsAdvanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related fieldIn-depth experience in Power BI or other data visualization systemsExperience with data mining and predictive modeling techniquesAbility to use data to drive business outcomes and decisionsScheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$66,800 - $91,100 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
