The Lead Software Engineer will code and lead the team to deliver software applications needed for CenterWell Pharmacy's inventory, logistics and dispensing solutions. Participate and lead regular retrospectives to figure out what we’re doing wrong so we can fix it, and what we’re doing right so we can improve on it.

Required Qualifications
- 8 or more years of progressive IT experience as a senior developer in large IT projects
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Professional Certifications as an Architect or Engineer in Azure Cloud
- Experiences with relational and non-relational databases including MongoDb and PostgreSQL
- Competence in Git, Azure DevOps, Intellij, Visual Studio Code, Docker and helm
- Proven ability to clearly communicate architecture decisions and secure stakeholder alignment
- Solid experience with C# or Java, Java Spring, Typescript, React, NodeJs
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with API Gateways (Apigee, Azure)
- Passion for growing your skills, tackling interesting work and challenging problems
- BA / BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

129,300 - $177,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based upon company and / or individual performance.
