Requirements :
- Clean background and drug-free.
- Must-Have a valid Driver's License & SS Number.
- Show up on time, comply with safety policy, and stay focused.
- Be comfortable climbing ladders.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Take pride in the results of simple work.
- Hours - Sunday through Thursday, some weekends 2 to 3 jobs per shift.
- Be on time and comply with company policies.
- Learn to be fast and efficient.
The expectation of our team members :
- Arrive to work on time and prepared for at least 5 days each week.
- 90% Night Work / 10% Day work (Start times vary)
- Keep it professional and represent our company well during your shift.
- Take care of our customers' equipment and rooftop to prevent any damage.
- Clean up kitchen exhaust systems to get rid of any pesky grease buildup.
- Snap before and after pictures of each job, as required.
- Leave the customer's facility just as clean as you found it once the job is done.
- Check to make sure their kitchen exhaust system is running smoothly before you leave.
- Keep track of any valuable feedback to share with your supervisor.
- Attend our monthly Safety Meeting.
- Keep your crew vehicle spick-and-span inside and out on a weekly basis.
- Help us maintain a clean workspace.
