What You'll Do

• Lead Strategic Capture Planning
• Identify and evaluate high-value business opportunities through market research
• Develop winning capture strategies for targeted contracts
• Analyze competitor positioning and market trends
  
  

Drive Proposal Excellence

• Orchestrate end-to-end proposal development, from kickoff to submission
• Craft compelling executive summaries and proposal narratives
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to articulate technical solutions
• Ensure 100% compliance with RFP requirements
• Collaborate with designers to create visually impactful proposals
  
  

Manage Proposal Operations

• Build and maintain proposal schedules and resource plans
• Lead proposal strategy sessions and review meetings
• Develop and curate a best-practices content library

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES (KSA)

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5 years of experience in proposal writing and capture management
• A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered
