About the Role :
As an Account Manager within our team, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients, helping them fully leverage our services and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field, with a passion for client success and growth.
Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management : Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships with clients and understanding their goals and business needs.
- Project Coordination : Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved on time, within scope, and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Identify Growth Opportunities : Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities, helping expand our footprint within the account.
- Performance Monitoring : Track and report on account health, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying any areas for improvement.
- Problem-Solving : Address client inquiries and issues proactively, coordinating with relevant internal resources to find solutions.

Salary : $75k-$85k with Bonus
