About the Role :

As an Account Manager within our team, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients, helping them fully leverage our services and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field, with a passion for client success and growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Client Relationship Management : Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships with clients and understanding their goals and business needs.
  • Project Coordination : Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved on time, within scope, and to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities : Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities, helping expand our footprint within the account.
  • Performance Monitoring : Track and report on account health, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying any areas for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving : Address client inquiries and issues proactively, coordinating with relevant internal resources to find solutions.

Requirements :

  • Can-Do Attitude : Bring enthusiasm and a proactive approach to every client interaction, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Ownership : Take full responsibility for client success, managing each account with a sense of accountability and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Desired Skills & Experience :

  • Experience : 2 years in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Project Management : Experience coordinating projects or tasks across teams to meet timelines and deliverables.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable strategies, with basic experience in reporting tools or D365 platform.
  • Team Player : Collaborative spirit with a customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to solving client challenges.
