Job Title : Senior Solutions Architect
Summary :
The Senior Solutions Architect in Centific's Solution Design team will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of pioneering data products and AI solutions that enhance Centific's product and service offerings. This position is vital in utilizing Data and AI technologies, requiring a thorough understanding of Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Multimodal models.
The Senior Solutions Architect will represent the voice of the customer within the company and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions across a variety of industry use cases.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary customer-facing technical resource during meetings and technology evaluations, engaging with all levels of the organization, including Data Scientists, AI / ML practitioners, Architects, Technologists, Product Owners, Transformation Leaders, and C-level executives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on AI, assisting customers with their comprehensive vision; encompassing AI strategy, operating models, best architectural practices, problem framing, data preparation, scripting, model building, model deployment, model management, and output consumption.
- Lead the creation of product demonstrations, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept to showcase the viability and potential impact of Centific's AI solutions for clients.
- Oversee the deployment and integration of AI solutions within client environments, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and processes, including the transition to Centific's Delivery and Engineering teams post-sale.
- As a key team member, provide strategic guidance to GTM, Product, and Engineering leaders on strategy, product challenges, gaps, and relevant resource requirements for optimization.
- Work closely with the Sales team to achieve target quotas and ensure alignment between commercial and technical aspects for each engagement.
- Develop and maintain a solution engineering playbook that includes demo materials and resources to support the GTM team.
- Keep a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies within the AI / ML landscape, positioning Centific effectively in relation to these.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to enhance Centific's offerings and marketing initiatives.

Base Salary Range : $150k-$180k / year, varying based on experience.
