Technical Program Manager

Redmond, WA - Onsite

Description :

Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will be responsible for leading cross-functional programs in the Solutions and Product organization. You will manage large-scale, high-impact programs, ensuring alignment between engineering, product management, and business stakeholders. You will also drive agile execution, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of product and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Program Leadership : Lead end-to-end execution of technical and product programs, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, product management, and business teams to define project requirements, objectives, and milestones.

Agile Project Management : Oversee sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and resource allocation to ensure agile practices are followed and deliverables meet quality standards.

Risk Management : Identify risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, and work with cross-functional teams to implement mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Communication : Serve as a primary point of contact for program status updates, reporting progress to senior leadership and providing insights for strategic decisions.

Process Improvement : Continuously improve program execution processes and workflows to increase efficiency and optimize delivery timelines.

Metrics and Reporting : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project progress and ensure alignment with business goals.

Vendor Management : Collaborate with third-party vendors and external partners as needed to ensure smooth delivery and integration of technical solutions.

Change Management : Lead change initiatives and drive alignment across teams to support organizational growth and scalability.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; MBA or relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) are a plus.
• 10 years of experience in technical program management, preferably in a product or solutions environment.
• Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies and managing complex, cross-functional technical projects.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and product management processes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, high-impact programs simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Technical background or understanding of cloud services, SaaS, APIs, and other modern software technologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working in product development or technology-driven organizations.

Knowledge of DevOps and CI / CD practices.

Experience managing global teams and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
