Roofing Sales Representative

CentiMark Corporation has an exceptional opportunity for an additional full-time Service Sales Representative to support our Sales Teams in our Western Massachusetts & Vermont territory. We are looking for an individual that is a self-starter and energetic to develop estimates and grow our business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial company.

Year-end compensation (Base Salary Commission) for this position is between $55k - $100k.

Job Summary

• Self-generating opportunities, prospecting, cold calling
• Marketing your efforts through cold calling, performing site inspections, generating proposals, and selling commercial/industrial roofing projects
• Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports to management
• Visit client's facility, build business relationships and present information about CentiMark Corporation
  
  

Candidate Qualifications

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
• Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required
• Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred
• Salesforce CRM experience is preferred
• Experience in growing market share
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
• Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential
• Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
• Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills
