Job Summary:
As a Patient Adherence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to enhance patient compliance with treatment regimens. You will collaborate with healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and technology teams to implement innovative adherence solutions. This is an opportunity to shape the direction of a high-impact startup while driving meaningful health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement patient engagement and adherence programs to improve health outcomes.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify adherence trends and develop targeted interventions.
  • Work closely with healthcare providers, payers, and pharmaceutical partners to integrate adherence strategies into care models.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of digital tools (e.g., mobile apps, SMS reminders, telehealth solutions) to support adherence.
  • Manage and optimize patient communication channels, ensuring personalized and effective engagement.
  • Track program performance using KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy standards, including HIPAA.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to refine adherence solutions based on patient feedback.
  • Lead patient education initiatives to drive awareness and self-management.
  • Support business growth by identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue models.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in patient adherence, healthcare operations, digital health, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of patient behavior, healthcare technology, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience working with healthcare providers, payers, or pharmaceutical companies.
  • Familiarity with digital health tools, AI-driven patient engagement, and telehealth solutions.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
