Main Responsibilities

As an integral part of CentraCare Health - Monticello, the Associate Psychotherapist provides age appropriate care to facilitate achievement of expected patient outcomes through a collaborative process of psychological evaluation and social assessment, patient care planning, executes therapeutic treatment toward defined goals, and coordinates discharge planning with patients and families, while maintaining record keeping responsibilities and contributing to team building and personal, professional development.

You will be involved in associated professional activities and personal, professional development. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. You will ensure compliance with licensing boards, professional standards and accrediting agencies while providing effective, efficient services and ensure appropriate use of resources across the continuum.

Associate Psychotherapists will promote patient / resident and family centered care to achieve CentraCare Health - Monticello's mission working to improve the health of every patient, every day. The Staff Psychotherapist will be engaged in program assessment, development and implementation, policy formation, committee work, performance improvement projects and education facilitation.

Schedule :

• Full-time working 80 hours every two weeks
• Hours Monday - Friday typically between 8am - 5pm
• Occasional weekends or holidays

Pay and Benefits :

Salary range : $70,033 - $91,270 per year

Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
