Join the CentraCare team as a Patient Access Assistant at the Adult Behavioral Health Clinic at the CentraCare Plaza.
As a Patient Access Assistant, you are often the first point of contact for our patients. In this highly visibility role, you will welcome patients and check them in for their appointment. A patient Access Assistant will verify patient information, verify insurance information, process complex documents checking for accuracy and completeness, schedule appointments or transmit information to other departments, obtain and identify information necessary to produce billable patient accounts, and manage phones while exercising professional judgment and applying detailed knowledge of facility procedures related to the work performed.
Schedule :
- Full Time | 80 hours every 2 weeks
- 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday
Pay and Benefits :
Pay range $16.59 - $24.92 per hour.
