Job Description

Be part of our Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) team providing outpatient diagnostic assessment and treatment services for patients and families with behavioral and / or medical needs in the CentraCare- Pediatric Clinc. The psychotherapist provides diagnostic, psychological, or biopsychosocial evaluation and executes therapeutic treatment toward defined goals. The psychotherapist works to strengthen motivation and commitment to specific change goals through a collaborative, goal-oriented style of communication using motivational interviewing and evidence-based psychotherapy.
Schedule
- Full time | 80 hours every two weeks
- Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Integrated Behavioral Health | Pediatric Clinic | CentraCare Plaza
Pay and Benefits
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
Qualifications (Psychotherapist)
The Board of Psychology as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) or the Board of Social Work at Independent Clinical level (LICSW) or the Board of Marriage and Family Therapy as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or the Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
Qualifications (Psychologist)
Responsibilities as a IBH Psychologist / Psychotherapist at the CentraCare - Pediatric Clinic include working collaboratively with CentraCare's Pediatric Team and Child Advocacy Center as part of the interdisciplinary team. Will triage urgent needs from community members and provide intervention in same day crisis situations.
