Job Description

Find your purpose by becoming a Surgical Tech at CentraCare - Rice Memorial Hospital!

The Surgical Technician will be primarily a scrub technician for Rice Memorial Hospital OR and / or Endoscopy cases, with the knowledge of instrumentation and basic knowledge of the operative procedure. The person in this position will perform a variety of duties in assisting the surgical and endoscopy team. They will also participate in daily Rice Memorial Hospital processes with a willingness to accomplish any assigned task.

Schedule :

  • 64 hours every 2 weeks
  • 6 : 45AM-3 : 15PM, 7AM-3 : 30PM, and 9AM-5 : 30PM
  • Week night, weekend and holiday on-call rotation
  • Every 6th / 7th weekend

Pay and Benefits :

  • Starting pay begins at $25.88 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience

    • Pay range : $25.88 - $36.06 per hour

    • Qualifications :

  • Graduate of Surgical Tech Program
  • 1 years scrub experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
  • Operating room or GI endoscopy experience preferred.
