Responsibilities
- Serve as an advocate for students with disabilities and act as a liaison between teachers, administration, parents, and students.
- Develop an understanding of Special Education Law and school policies.
- Possess impeccable communication and people skills, and be extremely organized.
- Maintain proficiency skills and sustain compliance in meeting deadlines.
- Impart knowledge to others to improve service for students with disabilities.
Requirements
- Must have passed content exam.
- Must have elementary school teaching experience.
- Must be special education endorsed.
