Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team as a travel therapist assistant in Somerset, New Jersey. As a PTA, you will work closely with our experienced Physical Therapists to provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility/LTC setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct routine evaluations and assessments of patient conditions.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, modalities, and other interventions as prescribed by Physical Therapists.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible to become a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of New Jersey.
- 1 years of experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility/LTC setting as a PTA.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
