We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a School Services Speech Language Pathologist for a travel assignment in the United States.
The ideal candidate will have graduated from an accredited school and hold a current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist. They must also be certified in CPR and be an SLP-CCC.
Responsibilities
- The Speech Language Pathologist will assess referred patients with speech, hearing, and language deficits.
- They will teach patients how to make sounds, improve their voices, or increase their oral or written language skills to communicate more effectively.
- The Speech Language Pathologist will also teach individuals how to strengthen muscles or use compensatory strategies to swallow without choking or inhaling food or liquid.
