A travel Speech Language Pathologist is needed for a 13-week contract assignment in Lewes, Delaware, working 24 hours per week, 8 hours a day, with a focus on assessing and treating patients with speech, hearing, and language deficits.
Job Requirements
- Must have graduated from an accredited school.
- Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist or in the process of obtaining licensure.
- Current CPR certification.
- Work within an interdisciplinary team to develop a plan of care for each patient.
- Provide skilled speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
- Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
- Set realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop, or recover, reliable communication and swallowing skills.
- Candidate must be an SLP-CCC.
