Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Management that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Rehabilitation Management licensure in the state of OK to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC.

Minimum Requirements include:
- 1 year of recent experience as a(n) Rehabilitation Management specializing in SNF / LTC.
- Current Rehabilitation Management license within the state of practice.
