Speech Language Pathologist - Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Summary: Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in the specialty area of Rehabilitation. This is a contract, Days position that requires a licensed or soon-to-be licensed SLP to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to improve patient communication and swallowing skills.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• 1 year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in Rehabilitation.
• Current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license within the state of practice.
