What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ambassador Team Lead - LGH/Full Time Evenings 7p-3:30a position at Centra Medical Group?
The Lead transports or guide patients and visitors in a safe and timely manner to their designated site. The Lead will place extreme emphasis on customer service and satisfaction with every patient, visitor, or co-worker encounter. The Lead will also be tasked with the safe handling, movement, and transportation of equipment, supplies, furniture, and any other items as requested by a unit in the health system. The Lead will be working with and around all departments within Centra. The Lead will be responsible for documenting all request and services rendered in order to provide an accurate and timely tracking system. The Lead will maintain all equipment; wheelchairs, stretchers, etc..; in a clean and sanitary condition as well as in a proper working order. The Lead will assist the supervisor in the handling of staffing issues, complaints, and other situations as they arise on their assigned shifts.
Required Education: High School Diploma / GED
Administers flu vaccinations to Centra employees, volunteers, temporary employees & contractors. May perform other duties as assigned or requested and job specification can be modified or updated at any time.
