The Gift Shop Sales Associate performs a wide range of duties in order to keep incoming gift shop merchandise received, priced, stocked. Keep work area clean, organized, and in compliance with LGH safety measures.
Required Education: High School Diploma / GED
Required Experience: Previous retail experience
Processes merchandise from original order to packing slip, check off and to price merchandise correctly.
Provides high quality service and courtesy to all.
Attractively displays merchandise, changes displays as needed, and restocks merchandise.
Shows commitment to customers and fellow employees. Maintains a professional appearance, etiquette, and respects confidentiality policy.
Demonstrates ability to cheerfully help customers in gift shop.
Responds to customers wants and needs in a positive manner.
Assists staff with gift shop tasks as requested.
Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
