Join our Specialty Services Team at Centra Wellness Network (CWN), who provide services to children with autism in the community, office, and in their homes. The Behavior Analyst will develop clear, effective, and prescriptive plans based on individual assessments and will ensure services are directed towards meaningful outcomes for individuals served through ongoing data review and analysis of plans. The Behavior Analyst will ensure that the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), meets all requirements and will assign and oversee the work of others implementing the treatment plan. About the Role
As the Behavior Analyst you are a part of a team providing groundbreaking services. You will ensure that the delivery of ABA meets all the requirements from the state and Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and will assign and oversee the work of others implementing the treatment plan.
Your role is to:
· Provides parent training and consultation to other professionals or educators.
· Provides training and treatment plan specific supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and procedural implementation of programming.
· Conduct approved assessments.
· Research, share and incorporate best practices to supervise, plan, and revise treatment plans, behavior support plans and programming.
· Develop individualized treatment plans and individualized behavior support plans for individuals with autism and monitor clients’ progress towards goals.
· Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed.
· Demonstrate knowledge of universal precautions, preventing transmission of communicable disease.
· Operate using standards of practice including but not limited to confidentiality, recipient rights and emergency protocol.
· Collaborate with treatment team including client, parents and caregivers, outside professionals and co-workers.
· Perform duties in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures and instruction.

Qualifications and Requirements
· Must be a physician or licensed practitioner with specialized training and one year of experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of children with ASD or hold a minimum of a master’s degree in a mental health related field or a BACB approved degree category, who is trained and has one year of experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of children with ASD.
· Currently certified as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification within 2 years
· Have taken documented course work in at least three of the six following areas:
1. Ethical considerations
2. Definitions and Characteristics and principles, processes and concepts of behavior
3. Behavioral assessment and selecting interventions outcomes and strategies
4. Experimental evaluation of interventions
5. Measurement of behavior and developing and interpreting behavioral data
6. Behavioral change procedures and systems support
· At least 18 years of age.
· Valid Michigan’s driver’s license and good driving record.
· Ability to sustain State Licensure in field of practice and/or Certifications to perform duties of the job.
· Ability to be certified in First Aid and CPR within 90 days of hire (agency available training)
· Ability to participate in agency provided training in the principles of behavior, behavioral measurement and data collection, functions of behaviors, basic concepts of ABA, generalization and its importance in sustainability of learned/acquired skills and medical conditions/illness that impact behaviors.

Work Environment:
CWN prioritizes a work/life balance. Your supervisor will work with you to utilize flex time and paid time off. You will primarily work in the office with the following schedule:
· Monday through Friday
· Between 8:00am and 5:00pm
You may be required to work hours outside of the regular schedule if assigned by your supervisor to meet clients’ needs.
Light travel (<5% of time) may be required for job-related assignments, training or presentations.

Pay: $65,754.00 - $85,480.00 per year
