Summary
- Supports patient care needs by performing delegated tasks in Family Practice.
- Responsible for assisting patient care team in treatment and care of patients.
- Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate.
- Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with coworkers.
Schedule
- Fulltime position - Working 72-80 hours every two weeks | Onsite
- Daytime shifts between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM | No weekends or holidays
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $15.36per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $16.98 - $23.04 per hour

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prepare Training Program (PTP) completed within one year of hire required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) with the American Heart Association (AHA), BLS Healthcare Provider preferred.
- Nursing Assistant certification preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills.
Department
CentraCare, Willmar Lakeland Clinic includes family medicine, OB/GYN, maternal-fetal medicine and ultrasound services. This clinic is located next door to the Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar.
