Join the CentraCare Team as Pre-Visit Planning Certified Medical Assistant!
The Pre-Visit Planner oversees and coordinates preventative care services. Within CentraCare Clinics, the goal of the pre-visit planner is to help patients achieve optimal health by planning patients care using evidenced based guidelines for care, (i.e. Hgb A1C or other labs as appropriate) or gathering information pertinent to the patients care from other sources. This opportunity is work from home after completing onsite training (mainly at the Sartell Clinic)
Schedule:
- Full-time | 80 hours every 2-weeks
- Monday-Friday 8a.m.-4:30p.m.
- No evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Work from home after completing onsite training
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay rate starting at $20.41 per hour.
- Pay range $20.20 to $30.30 per hour. Exact pay rate determined on years of related experience.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with one of the following:
- Must provide proof of pass notification prior to start with verification of official certification or registration within 3 months of exam date.
- American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
- American Medical Technologists (AMT)
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
- National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
- National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
- National Association for Health Professionals, Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA)
- Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA)
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy
- Ability to understand patients’ medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff
Hiring bonus requirements: To be eligible for the hiring-on bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
