Find your purpose as a Nursing Assistant at CentraCare Weight Management located at the Willmar Skylark Clinic. Weight Management has the support of Award-Winning physicians, APP’s, Health Coaches and Dietitians. Our nursing team works very closely to provide quality care to our patients.
In this role, you will provide patient rooming for all types of clinic visits, communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers, and assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently. Additional duties include stocking exam rooms, assisting with in-clinic procedures, completing patient paperwork, and prepping patient charts for upcoming visits. You will also be responsible for assisting the patient care team in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with established policies and procedures and unit standards to provide quality patient care, supporting and implementing patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate, and supporting Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with coworkers.
Schedule:
- Full Time | 80 hours every 2 weeks
- 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay starting at $16.98 per hour however, we pay more for experience.
- Pay range $15.36 to $23.04 per hour

Requirements:
- Proof of successful completion of a nursing assistant course or experience as a Nursing Assistant, Patient Care Assistant or Health/Hospice Aide.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
