CentraCare is hiring a Clinical Ambulatory (MTM) Pharmacist for the Integrated Pain Center in St. Cloud, MN. Come join us as we Make Rural Life Healthier! The Clinical Ambulatory Pharmacist will conduct comprehensive medication management services for CentraCare clinic, will adhere to Ambulatory Pharmacist Scope of Practice standards while ensuring that pharmacy laws and other regulatory requirements are met, and will precept and provide mentorship for the ambulatory pharmacy resident(s) and student(s).
Schedule
- Full-time | 64 hours per two weeks | Onsite
- Days | Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm
- No weekends or holiday!

Qualifications
- PharmD degree and/or BS Pharm degree required.
- 1 years PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency preferred.
- Current licensure by the Minnesota State Board of Pharmacy or eligibility for licensure required.
- Eligible for Pharmacy Specialty Board Certification preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification 90 Days Required
- Previous ambulatory pharmacy (MTM) experience, preferred.
