Clinical Communication Assistant

• Provide high-quality language interpretation services to facilitate communication between patients and healthcare staff.
• Offer technical/clerical support as required to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate closely with medical teams to deliver effective patient care.

To excel in this role, you should have a solid foundation in English and Spanish, with the ability to pass an English/Spanish Medical Terminology exam. You will also need to achieve Advanced-Mid Level on oral proficiency testing through the American Council on Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL). Additionally, you must obtain CPR certification and register as an interpreter in the State of MN within specific timeframes.
