The Project Manager plans, organizes, leads, and monitors all approved new and remodel construction projects across CentraCare Health. Expedites, facilitates, and coordinates all related efforts with contractors and architects to assure projects are completed timely, are well documented, are of good quality, are implemented safely and are within or below budget.
Schedule:
- Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks
- Mon-Fri 8:00a-5:00p
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting salary begins at $92,091.95 per year; exact offer amount is determined by years of related experience.
- Salary range: $92,091.95 - $138,127.24 per year
- Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience required.
- 3 years project management experience in Health Care construction required; 5 years project management experience in large construction projects of $30,000,000 or more preferred.
- Working knowledge of state, local and federal building regulations required.
- Experience with Joint Commission and DNV preferred.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, and project management software such as MS Project or primarily familiar with AutoCAD preferred.
- Must have the ability to efficiently plan, organize and monitor the projects from conception to completion.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills required.
