Schedule
- Part-time | 48 hours every two weeks | Onsite
- Day shift | 12-hour | 7am-7:30pm
- Every 3rd weekend (Fri-Sun) | Rotating holidays
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $17.83 per hour and increases with experience

The St. Cloud Hospital Emergency Trauma Center receives 60,000 visits per year and is the region’s most comprehensive facility of its kind. We are a designated Level II Trauma Center and have 38 private patient rooms, including rooms dedicated to the special needs of children, trauma victims and psychiatric patients. We provide surgical services for trauma, neurosurgical, oral/maxillofacial, orthopedic, and plastics concerns in addition to having one of the busiest stroke programs in Minnesota.
As a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) for the ETC, you serve a vital role in being the communication link for the unit. Responsibilities will include assisting patients, families, guests, and providers as well as managing telephone communications, organizing and maintaining patient charts, coordinating patient transport to and from procedures, and performing clerical and receptionist duties to support patient care.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required
- One year experience with office procedures and equipment with computer experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful
