As a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) for Medical Unit 1, you serve a vital role in being the communication link for the unit. Responsibilities will include greeting and assisting patients/families, guests, and providers as well as managing telephone communications, organizing and maintaining patient charts, and performing clerical and receptionist duties to support patient care.
Schedule
- Full-time | 60-72 hours every two weeks | Onsite
- Day/evening rotation | 8 & 12-hour shifts
- Weekdays 6am-2:30pm & 12pm-8:30pm
- Every 4th weekend | 6:45am-7:15pm
- Rotating holidays
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $17.83 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $16.59 - $24.92 per hour

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience/knowledge required.
- One year experience with office procedures and equipment with computer experience preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
