What are the responsibilities and job description for the Imaging Operator position at CentraCare?
The Imaging Operator contributes to the smooth functioning of the Imaging Department by preparing for and performing various exams, such as x-rays, EKGs, hearing tests, and spirometry, depending on the site. This role involves working collaboratively with other staff members to maintain an efficient and effective workflow throughout the clinic.
Schedule:
- Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks
- Day shift rotations between the hours of 7am-4pm and 8:15am-5:15pm
- No weekends, evenings, or holidays!
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $19.42 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $19.42 - $29.14 per hour

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have passed the State of Minnesota X-ray Operator’s test. If exam was taken after January 1, 2008, applicant must have passed the core exam and all region of anatomy module exams.
- NIOSH Certification (site specific) among hire within 1 Year.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider card.
