Find your purpose assisting our guests at one of our highly visible Information Desks. Your role will be vital to helping answer questions and directing our patients and visitors while providing them with excellent customer service. You will be assisting our guests from 7am to 3:30 pm every Sunday at the Hospital.
JOB SUMMARY:
Provides information, direction, and assistance to visitors and patients as they enter the hospital, in a confidential and courteous manner. This position interacts with patients and visitors of all ages. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.
Schedule:
- Part Time | 16 Hours Every Two Weeks | Working every Sunday from 7am - 3:30pm
Pay and Benefits (Total Rewards):
- $16.32 per hour however, we pay more for experience.
- $1.05 per hour on weekends
- Full Pay Spectrum for this position: $13.65 - $20.48

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in a customer service setting is desirable.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills required.
- Excellent telephone etiquette required.
