What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager | Neurology, Headache, Neurodiagnostics position at CentraCare?
The Manager assumes a key leadership role in the overall management and supervision of the Neurology, Headache, Pain, and Neurodiagnostic clinic practices, responsible for ensuring efficient operation for physicians, providers, and patients. The manager will develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of clinic operations, incorporate a philosophy of patient and family centered care into operations, patient care practices, and during interactions with staff and peers and assist in shaping the clinic culture into a highly functioning work environment. Responsible for maintaining professional competencies by attending education programs, participating in professional organizations, subscribing to the reading professional journals or other appropriate activities.
Schedule:
- Full Time | Exempt
- 7am to 5pm Monday-Friday with evenings as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay range: $90,667. to $136,094.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (RN) in the State of Minnesota.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card per established policy.
- Five years’ experience in a supervisory position in a clinic or surgical setting.
- Occasional travel to clinic outreach sites for meetings.
