What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outreach LPN | Sauk Centre position at CentraCare?
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in your community? Join us as an Outreach LPN in Sauk Centre and work alongside dedicated providers for various outreach clinics. LPNs provide nursing services to patients and families in accordance with the scope of the LPN as defined by the Minnesota Board of Nursing. In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist in surgery with pre-op and post-op of surgical patients.
Schedule
- Part-time | 40 hours every two weeks
- Monday - Friday | Various shifts between 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
- No weekends, holidays or call rotation!
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $23.62 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Pay range: $23.62 - $35.46 per hour
- $2,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates!

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Current licensure in the State of Minnesota
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card per established policy
- Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity and ability to work effectively with patients, families, medical staff and general public
To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who has not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. CentraCare pay promotions to include but not limited to, hiring bonuses may be discontinued at any time due to business needs.
