Our 489-bed hospital, equipped with a Level II trauma center and a Level III NICU, offers the opportunity to treat a wide range of patients, from premature infants to centenarians.

Schedule (The following are available):
- Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks | 12 hour Day Shifts | 7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
- Full-time | 64 hours every two weeks | 8 hour Evening Shifts | 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
- Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks | 12 hour Night Shifts | 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.
- Every third weekend | Every other Holiday
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay starting at $40.60 per hour, pay determined by experience
- Pay range: $37.84 - $56.77 per hour
- Earn extra pay for working Evening or Night shifts!
- Earn an additional $2.50 for Evening Shifts
- Earn an additional $4.00 for Night Shifts
- $12,000 hiring bonus OR $15,000 student loan repayment and $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates!

Qualifications:
- Graduate of a two or four year Respiratory Care Program (preferably through CoARC)
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) within two years of hire
- Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the State of MN or temporary RT permit
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy, can be obtained upon hire
- NICU/Pediatric specialists must be certified by the Neonatal Resuscitation Program, can be obtained within unit
