What are the responsibilities and job description for the Specialty Scheduling Assistant | Breast Center position at CentraCare?
Responsible for providing scheduling support to the CentraCare Breast Center. Participates in the coordination of clinic activity through the processing of physician orders, and performing patient scheduling duties to support patient care staff to achieve the hospital mission.
Schedule:
- Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks
- Day shift | Hours between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. | Monday - Friday
- No weekends or holidays!
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $18.11 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $17.28 - $25.89 per hour

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- One year experience or equivalent knowledge/skills required.
- Post high school secretarial training preferred.
