Summary
Our Staffing Assistant provides support to the traveling care team while working in a positive atmosphere with caring and supportive staff. The Staffing Assistant must be organized as they are responsible for assisting with scheduling patient visits along with copying and faxing documentation to clinics and hospitals. In addition, they answer phones and speak with patients, their family members and providers. This position includes a variety of duties and interacts with staff.
Schedule
Full-time | 80 hours per two weeks | The office is located in Redwood Falls at the CentraCare-Redwood Pavilion with potential hybrid flexibility.
- Day shifts, Monday through Friday| 8-hour shifts | 8:00AM to 4:30PM
- No weekends
Pay and Benefits
- Pay based on experience starting at $18.38 per hour
- Pay range: $17.95 to $26.94 per hour

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of clerical experience required
- Computerized scheduling experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Department Information
CentraCare Home Health and Hospice provides hospital-based home health and hospice services to patients in Southwest Minnesota. Home Health and Hospice staff visit patients where they reside to perform care within approximately a 30-mile radius of Redwood Falls.
