What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Business Partner position at CentraCare?
The Supply Chain Business Partner (SCBP) is responsible for driving synergy across contracting, procurement, and logistics within their product category. The SCBP coordinates contract implementations, addresses complex procurement challenges, and analyzes purchasing data to optimize existing agreements. The SCBP is also expected to continuously expand their supply chain expertise and apply this knowledge to identify opportunities for process innovation and improvement.
Schedule
- Full-time position | 80 hours every two weeks
- Days | Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Hybrid position: Majority remote, will need to be in-office in St. Cloud, MN for orientations, trainings, and meetings
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at 47,253.49 per year and increases with experience
- Salary range: 47,253.49 – 70,912.30 per year
- Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of experience in healthcare supply chain or degree in related field.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Strong analytical, computer, mathematical, organizational, and communication skills required.
- Must be detail oriented.
