At Central Admixture Pharmacy Services, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Data Integrity Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of the Site Data Integrity Program. The successful candidate will maintain comprehensive knowledge of applicable data integrity quality and regulatory requirements and their interpretation.
The ideal candidate will identify data integrity compliance risks and gaps across the site, communicate those risks to Site Management, and develop and implement effective and efficient solutions to address those gaps. Additionally, this role will coordinate the site's quality, security, and maintenance of data, ensuring compliant data can effectively support the business process.
- Create data process mapping and risk reduction efforts for data owners and Quality representatives.
- Define data elements and establish policies and procedures related to the collection and accuracy of data.
- Perform tests and audits on data systems to ensure sufficient data quality is maintained.
