Position : Bilingual (English / Spanish) HVAC Lead Installer

Responsibilities :

Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Lead and mentor a team of installers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient project completion.

Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors in both English and Spanish.

Make product recommendations and educate customers about HVAC options to help them make informed decisions.

Ensure compliance with safety and company standards on all job sites.

Working Hours : Regular hours from 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m. Some overtime may be needed depending on the season.

Required Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

3 years of experience in residential and light commercial HVAC installation.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Experience leading installation teams and mentoring junior technicians.

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

EPA Universal Certification.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

State of Connecticut D or S license.

Desired Qualifications :

NATE Core Certification (If you do not have your NATE Certification, we offer reimbursement for those who obtain their certification).

Experience working with Lennox products.
