Position Summary: The Residential In-Home Sales Consultant will be responsible for building rapport with customers and presenting options. Ensuring that the customers' expectations are met and payment has been secured.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background and drug screen
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 2 years of HVAC or trade sales experience
- Proficient in PC-based computer systems and software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time and activity management skills
- Team player who works and communicates well with people at all levels
- Professional appearance
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing opportunities/projects simultaneously
- Ability to walk/navigate construction sites, and buildings, climb ladders, traverse roofs
- Residential load calculation experience preferred
- Familiar with Bryant and Carrier equipment preferred
